So after many posts on Twitter and Facebook and Etsy forums, the result of my first giveaway was not very successful. Maybe I should have kept it on longer. Maybe I should have gone on Etsy more? So many things I could have done, but this was a last minute idea anyways. :) It was fun! I ran a random integer generator on Random.org and here is the result:

I decided that I would give away a pair of my Simplicity earrings this week for Mother’s Day!! If you are a mother or mother-to-be or if you know any deserving mothers/mothers-to-be who likes jewelry, then here is a treat for Mother’s Day!

Simple elegance – these sterling silver wire wrapped freshwater pearl earrings will sure to make a sophisticated statement. The 3/8″ potato pearl drops are dangled off of sterling silver plated 1″ kidney wires.
Here are 3 ways you can enter (and you can enter all 3 ways for more chances to win):
- Visit my Etsy shop and comment below on which item you like best in my shop.
- Twitter about this giveaway and add a separate comment below about your tweet.
- Blog about this giveaway and add another separate comment below about your post.
I will then use the random number generator (random.org) and pick out a winner that commented on the corresponding number on Tuesday at 12pm (noon). I will need to hear from the person by noon on Wednesday so I can get these earrings out to you in time for Mother’s Day!
Have fun!
UPDATE: Sorry if the rules seem confusing. I changed the wording a little. Please email me if you have any questions (yuting@project31studio.com). Or you can twitter me at http://twitter.com/project31studio. Thanks!

Somewhat voluble is having a giveaway to celebrate her first blogoversary!! It’s a beautiful handmade journal from Kreativlink.

Original drawing on soft, ochre colored suede that’s sewn on brown felt. As with all my books, it comes with a handsigned “certificate of authenticity” card so it makes a great present too.
Size: 11 x 16 cm (4.5 x 6 inch)
Paper: blank, 120 g/m², 240 pages (counted both sides)
Filled is this softcover journal with tea-stained paper, hand torn and carefully bound with strong linen thread. The paper is smooth and takes all writing instruments and will also work great as a sketchbook for dry media..
So all you paper fanatics out there, go to somewhatvoluble to enter in this giveaway!
